Iza, Boyaca, Colombia

These are some images from a trip I recently took to Colombia. Oh! A teaching moment. Every time I go to Colombia I go to a different part of the country. This time around I went to Iza, which is in the Department of Boyaca. A Department is pretty much like a state or province. Iza is a beautiful, quaint, tranquil place. A definite Siesta Town. Life there goes by slowly. No rush. No hassles. It would be a great place to retire if I had some money, but who does these days? At least I have my memories.
