If you keep saying you can't find someone to love you or believe in you, your very thought will attract more experiences to confirm your beliefs.

If you keep talking about a divorce or break up in a relationship, then you might end up with it.

Turn your thoughts and conversations around to be more positive and power packed with faith, hope, love and action.

Don't be afraid to believe that you can have what you want and deserve.

Watch your thoughts, they become words.

The minute you settle for less that you deserve, you get even less than you settle for.

Never Try to Change a Man

One of the biggest blunder women make when it comes to relationships is that they have this tendency to believe that if they give their man enough of something they will get him to change his mind. Case in point is the issue of children.

Now mind you I don't hate kids. I think that a lot of them are cute and they make a great tax deduction. However, before I got married I never wanted kids and I made sure my wife understood that before we took the plunge. However, several years into the marriage the issue of kids suddenly became an issue when it was a non-issue to begin with. Of course you can't compromise on a child. A spouse can't say, "Look, how about this. We'll have a head and an arm." It's an all or nothing preposition.

Ninety-nine percent of the time if a man says they don't want kids, they really and truly mean it. Any woman who has a desire to have a child and marries a man who does not is looking for problems down the road.

Trust me on this one.

Never go into a marriage thinking that you can get your spouse to stop watching football games, downloading porn, scratching their balls or anything else for that matter. Enter your marriage with the understanding that you are starting a life together because of what you have now, not what you think you might have later on down the line. Thinking otherwise is egocentric and selfish.

If your marriage goes south, blame yourself for entering into your marriage with expectations of change instead of entering your marriage with unconditional acceptance.

If you want your marriage to make it for the long haul, start it off honestly and the way to do that is by making sure that you are happy with how your spouse is right now, at this moment. Not after you give him a certain amount of great home cooked meals or, blow jobs as a way to shift his thinking to something more in tune to your true harbored feelings.

That is the only way to truly have a happy marriage.
